Associate Specialist - Firm Support Operations at American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Job Description:

Performs customer support and sales operations to enable membership growth and sales to smaller firms and organisations. Uses customer service and technical skills in a timely, efficient manner to ensure consierge service data accuracy and sales promotions.


  • Presales membership support


    • Ensure CRM data is accurate and complete to match firms’ information.

    • Facilitate conversations with firms to promote membership including promoting promotions and sharing value of membership.

    • Ensure that operational support is provided to business by responding to all minor issues the smaller firms face.



  • Manage membership and PCG sales to organisations.

    • Act as point of contact for Administrative Assistants to facilitate sales with the Association.

    • Facilitate sales by promoting products and conferences to organizations including delivery of the agreed products and services and invoicing.

    • Prioritise workload particularly during high-peak season.

    • Maintain and archive documentation and files for sales and business cases.

    • Ensure accurate bill is sent to firms and processed correctly.

  • Application knowledge of component object model

  • NetForum CRM knowledge at data field level

  • Basic Excel skills

  • AICPA product knowledge

  • AICPA regional knowledge

  • Professional communication and customer service skills


  • 2-4 years relevant experience including:


    • Ideally 1 year demonstrable experience working with internal CRM
