Senior BOA Recruiter
Department:  BOA Talent Acquisition & Performance

Associates in BOA Talent Acquisition & Performance lead the growth of our entire BOA force through a customized approach by collaborating with FAs for their individual branch needs. This is accomplished by attracting top talent BOAs who contribute to the ideal client experience through client service excellence.
Each Recruiter directly influences the productivity and effectiveness of 125+ branches a year working with applicants and representing the firm to the general public and job seekers.  Additionally, recruiters indirectly influence a minimum of 37,500 client experiences a year with the impact of their hiring recommendations and positively influence the BOA hiring process to maximize collaboration and achieve sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:

 


  • Managing full cycle recruitment and technology to source, screen and assess through ATS systems, spread sheets, scheduling software, job boards and the internet to find, track and manage candidate pools

  • Utilizing keen judgment and interviewing skill in evaluating applicant qualifications and branch/client suitability to identify and present the best candidates possible to their hiring leaders

  • Managing time by prioritizing and handling conflict management and resolution acting with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness

  • Coaching and educating FAs on ethical interviewing practices and regulatory guidelines as well as equip them to understand how to assemble an effective branch team

  • Developing and driving programs and initiatives of department; including strategies, vision, and department change management

  • Creating, developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with Community Based Organizations in order to generate referrals of talented and diverse candidates; coordinating advertising and marketing for the requisitions they manage in addition to representing the firm and the BOA opportunity at job fairs and other community events


  • 5+ years of experience in high volume recruiting and/or 2+ years interviewing experience utilizing behavioral/competency based interviewing technique

  • BS or BA in Human Resources preferred- OR - HR certification such as PHR or SPHR desired

  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws and those practices related to selection and hiring

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in consulting and coaching, meeting facilitation, project management, and human resources with well-developed verbal and written communication skills and an ability to have candid discussions with influence

  • Strong time management and ability to use seasoned judgment to prioritize work based on business needs, anticipate needs and manage escalated issues with a high level of customer service

Experienced with Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
