Job Description


The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Principals and Engineers of the company. We work in a variety of job environments tending to daily task and keeping the office organized.

* Support the Engineers and Principals for all disciplines
* Support Engineering Document Control
* Keep up with PE license renewals and application submissions
* Maintain and record licenses, renewals, and PDH's in RedVector and file in LBYD Federal SharePoint Database
* Maintain NCEES Records
* Maintain engineering specifications
* Assist with career fair/conference registrations
* Various administrative duties
* Occasional back-up to the receptionist



Qualifications




    Education and Experience:

    * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
    * Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Customer Service
    * Prefer knowledge, but not required: Master Specs, SpecsIntact, OneNote, Teams, ShoreTel/Mitel, Newforma, Adobe, Infocus, Turbo Meetings,
    * Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
    * Physical and Mental Demands:
    o Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
    o Be able to read and sit in front of computer screen for long periods of time.

    • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



  • Standard office environment.

  • Sedentary physical workload; must be able to exert up to a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; required to have a close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading; specific physical requirements include, but are not limited to, sitting, walking, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:


Indoor working environment, supporting projects within possibility of multiple contracts.
