Job Description:

Responsible for daily invoicing and general filing of invoices.  Process Return Material (RMA) credits. Prepare Monthly Sales and Commissions Reports. Review Logistics company freight invoices for accuracy. Act as a liaison between Bray Commercial and Bray Corporate Accounting. Other operational duties are assigned as needed.              


Requirements



  • High School Diploma

  • 1-2 years of general accounting experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office 365

  • Attention to detail

  • Dependability, time management, productivity and excellent communication skills
