Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Excellent PT methodologies and concepts
• Good communication skills, to participate in all stakeholders meetings and able to gather requirement
• Hands on testing Tools LR with experience in APM tools like AppDynamics, Splunk.
• Good performance analysis and reporting skills (PE lead)
• SAP Functional knowledge is a must to have skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in End to end Performance testing - Test Planning, strategy, WLM, execution, defect life cycle
• Expertise in Any of the Performance testing tool LoadRunner/JMeter/Neoload
• Experience in capturing CPU, Memory, IO/disk, Network Utilization artifact and reporting in Linux env.
• Proven Ability for Root cause Analysis for Performance issues and recommendations provided if any.
• Good understanding of JVM Architecture, GC algorithms and GC log Analysis.
Good to have / Secondary:
• Proficiency in at least one programming language with hands on experience (Java / C / C++ / C# / Go)
• Proficiency in API and Microservices Testing and automation - REST API components, methods, response codes, XML, JSON, Rest Assured
• Comfortable in relational and non-relational Database testing and SQL / NoSQL - Oracle / SQL Server / Cassandra etc.
• Experience in huge Data creation using any scripting language based on Functional Design
• Experience in executing Test cases and time bound test automation ( Ex: triggering JMeter tests through a Jenkins job)
• Proficiency in DevOps / CI-CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT / Stash
• Good to have Hands on experience with Product performance testing like Kafka/DB
• Good to have knowledge on at least one scripting language: Shell / Javascript / python
• Good to have Architectural knowledge regarding any APM tool along with hands on experience.
• Hands on experience with performance bottleneck analysis and tuning recommendations
Good to Have Profiling knowledge
• Payment's domain experience: ISO 8583, Authorization, Tokenization, Treasury, Profile Systems, Gateway Services

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
