Work Days and Hours would vary between Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm based on student schedule
This position is year round - up to 20 hours a week/or less
Major/filed of study should be in Business (i.e., Communications, Business, Marketing), Government Management/Public and Nonprofit Leadership, General Studies.
Weekly/Daily Duties - Managing returned mail to include email correspondence, address documentation / analysis, and; facilitating the distribution of registration credentials via email and U.S. mail; reviewing customer correspondence containing support document attachment requests, validating support documents provided and accepting or rejecting the documents, and attaching accepted electronic files to transactions using the IRP system; and completing system password resets in reply to customer’s correspondence.
Monthly - Overseeing and completing the monthly fleet renewal application reminder notice flow to include generating email correspondence and mailing application forms.
Long Term Projects - Use IRP System database and reports to resolve legacy data errors; maintain the Fleet Renewal – Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Suspension review process flow to include running reports from the IRP System, reviewing submitted documents for accuracy and validity, and approving or rejecting the submitted documents; BMV IRP Information Web pages review including content and design analysis and mock-up proposals; TEAMS re-structure IRP Group Channels for better indexing for files, Lists, and Wiki content; and Application Forms review including content writing, and draft design using MS Excel or Word.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university. Employment Requirements (all must be verified upon hire)
