Job Description

To support SVB's ongoing growth and talent needs, Recruiting Coordinators work closely with internal clients (Talent Acquisition team, various functions within HR, and hiring managers), as well as external candidates.

These roles can be primarily remote, with a preference for Arizona and California regions.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team focused on candidate experience, responsibilities include:

• Ensure candidates and hiring managers are informed and updated throughout the recruiting process

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assist with interview assessment tools, and coordinate prep and debrief calls

• Update applicant records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain forms, spreadsheets and other documents

• Act as an ambassador of SVB and ensure a strong employer-of-choice brand

• Support multiple recruiters and internal client groups

• Assist recruiters with various administrative duties to support an efficient process

Experience:

• Experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling in a fast-paced, growth environment (2+ years)

• Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting preferred

• Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with virtual tools, including Zoom.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and adhere to applicable security and privacy policies

• Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality

• Client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude
