FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

Shift: Full-time/Part-time hours available

Job Summary:

• Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests


• Maintain the cleanliness of all flatware, pots, pans, and serving trays in addition to assisting in meal prep and busing tables on a needed basis


• Monitor dish machine temperatures in daily log to maintain compliance


• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine area


• Inspect all dishes for chips, cracks, or statins to properly repair or dispose of


• Distribute and store all clean kitchen products according to procedure


• Complete items on open and closing check lists as it pertains to shift


• Assists cooks with washing, cleaning, and preparing produce and fruit


• Clean and sanitize work surfaces and kitchen equipment


• Assist with delivery of meals if tray service is required by residents

Qualifications:

• Previous fine dining or culinary experience preferred


• Desire to learn and grow


• Ability to handle multiple tasks


• Ability to read and understand the English language


• Demonstrate good judgement and decision making skills


• Maintain a safe community and workplace
