Provide exceptional service and support both internally and externally in the area of Human Resources.

Here's how you'll contribute:

Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees.
Provide timely and accurate responses to employee and supervisor / manager inquiries.
Complete full-cycle recruiting for office and production staff requisitions.
Orientate new employees on company policies and procedures as well as benefits.
Assist supervisors / managers with development and discipline of employees.
Maintain and share knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services provides.
Other duties and projects as required or assigned.
