RH is looking for a Web Merchandising Assistant to join our Digital Team.

The Web Merchandising Assistant is responsible for the data integrity of their designated category online, under the direction of the Web Merchandising Leader and Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between Merchants, Planning, Product Development, Copy and Retouching to ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly product launches as well as daily site maintenance under the direction of the Web Merchandising Leader and in accordance with our Digital Architecture and pre-determined Digital Systems and Discipline.
Own daily site maintenance, including management of SKUs, database hierarchy, data relationships, internal record maintenance, QA of live site assets and answering inquiries from internal partners as it relates to products live on the site.
Own all SKU data integrity on the site for both seasonal launches as well as daily maintenance needs.
Accountable for the accuracy of sellable inventory online. Includes partnering with Merchandising, Planning, and Merchandising Operation teams to ensure online availability of merchandise.
Responsible for site QA, including the product representation within collection galleries, product galleries, product pages, and search. Ensure accuracy of all product data.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with web merchandising metrics and analytics strongly preferred.
Understanding of project management tools and service software desired (JIRA, ServiceNow, Trello).
1-5 years of experience in eCommerce, Brick and Mortar, or Print merchandising.
