This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States, ideally located in the Irvine CA, Columbus OH, or Boca Raton FL areas.

What you will do

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will lead customers through their Item Level Intelligence journey. Your consultative approach and expertise in RFID solutions will be key in working closely with executive stakeholders on business solution definition, business solution confirmation, use case definition and documentation, ROI and KPI definition, ROI measurement, training strategy, business solution validation, etc.

How you will do it


  • Develop training and execution programs for the development and adoption of best practices and methodologies. 

  • Consult with customers on their business solution during the sales process. Help the customer understand the business value of Sensormatic Retail Solutions Item Level Intelligence solutions by conducting demos, capturing requirements, and translating into use cases, etc.

  • Assist the customer to plan for the change management that comes with an Item Level Inventory (ILI) solution.  This will include customer training and process validation.

  • Acting as the voice of the customer, collaborate with the Product Management team to shape and improve the overall business value proposition of SRS solutions.

  • Partner with 3rd party customers to expand SRS’s success measurement and reporting capabilities. 

  • Answer and/or provide information for RFPs and RFIs

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university. 

  • 4+ years’ experience in business process design and optimization, as well as the delivery of software and hardware solutions, preferably in the retail space. Experience in asset protection and/or loss prevention experience is ideal.

  • Experience in the delivery of RFID based solutions

  • Ability to understand and document customer requirements with their associated ROI and market relevance.  Ability to interact with Product Management to formulate product and delivery strategies.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop focused plans to capitalize on opportunities

  • Ability to interact with executive management teams and manage to the expectations of customer directors.

  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros, nested formulas, etc)

  • Comfortable with travel up to 70% (post-Covid)
