$3.00 Shift Differential and Overtime!

Sign On Bonuses for all Manufacturing Personnel! (scroll to the bottom for information on bonuses)

Will be working directly with and reporting to the VP of Manufacturing.

Pay is $23.50 plus $3.00 shift differential.

Night shift schedule is Sunday through Wednesday 6:30 to 6:00 am; Thursday 4:30 pm to 3:00 am; and Fridays as needed

TESTING FOR THIS POSITION:

Crane Squaring Test

JOB DUTIES:

Log into Payroll System and accurately enter employee's time.

Monitor process of a job and keep it within budget.

Monitor employee's attendance and fill out proper disciplinary action forms when attendance issues violate company policies.

Visually inspect employee welds.

Load out trucks.

Read various measuring instruments.

Read structural prints and interpret weld symbols / processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5+ years of management experience in the manufacturing / production industry.

Possess a welding certification.

Experienced supervising employees and creating work schedules.

Be able to work well with others, motivate employees, showcase initiative, and positively lead a team.

Detail oriented and organized.

Computer experience for reporting (Word/Excel).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand/walk 95% of the work day

Lift 60-80 lbs with assistance from crane or employees

Twist, reach and bend frequently

Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine)

Possess depth perception and peripheral vision

Possess the ability to hear

Possess the ability to ascend and descend a ladder

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day

Exposure to hot and cold conditions, noise, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery
