Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the fielding of solutions, modifications and upgrades for the operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure at HQDA OTSG

  • Will be required to serve as a subject matter expert/TIER 3 expert in the assigned areas of responsibility

  • The candidate will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, processes, service level agreements, and satisfy customer expectations

  • Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed

  • Provide guidance and assistance to Desktop Techs as needed

  • Management, tracking and resolution of systems-related support tickets

  • participation in the “After Hours Duty Support” process when required

Qualifications: 


  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Security+) certification and associated CE certificate

  • 2+ years of Enterprise Level Administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Servers

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Office 365

  • Active DoD Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:  


  • Prior DoD or Army working environment experience a plus

  • Tanium experience

  • RMF/eMass experience

  • Microsoft Exchange experience

  • Technical degree relevant to position description

  • Knowledge of IA controls

  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service and conflict resolution skills
