Self-motivated Project Manager will be responsible managing multiple projects in the FinTech division. Projects will include, but are not limited to internal growth and cost management initiatives and pursuit of inorganic growth opportunities.. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams across the organization to ensure all functional areas have been addressed. The successful candidate will work directly with internal and external resources to ensure deliverables are on time and fall within the applicable scope and budget. Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Create and manage project plans for initiatives
Schedule and lead cross functional meetings
Communication and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
Create materials to communicate project status to FinTech leadership
Manage miscellaneous projects as assigned
Required Project Management Skills:

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate to management as needed

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, business, finance or related field
5 years’ experience in Project management
Accounting and/or finance business acumen preferred
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Proven ability to motivate and manage others
Excellent customer service skills working with cross functional teams
Proven experience managing external vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, business, finance or related field
5 years’ experience in Project management
