THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Bose Technology Services Organization is looking for bright, motivated graduates who love to learn and who seek out innovative approaches to solving problems. You would join our Development Rotation Program, gaining exposure to a variety of technology functions and services. The program will equip future engineers and system analysts with a well-rounded understanding of Bose Technology Services. This opportunity is a full-time position for approximately 2 years where your experience will vary depending on the needs of the organization and your individual passions.

Rotations could include any of the following functions: software engineering, network engineering, data engineering, automation engineering, cloud engineering, data science, enterprise resource planning (ERP), resiliency management, workplace IT, digital delivery, manufacturing IT, product lifecycle management (PLM), systems architecture and IT business operations. In limited cases assignments can be worldwide, providing opportunities to gain exposure to the international operations of Bose.

The program provides a unique opportunity for you discover where your own passion lies. Each assignment will allow you to take ownership of a specific outcome, while you gain experience and develop your business and technical skills with the goal of completing the program and transitioning to a longer-term position within Bose.

Education and Experience

BS/BA degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business majors

No formal experience needed but an interest in information technology, data analytics or business systems is highly desirable.
