Job Description:

This role partners extensively key stakeholders in the respective businesses, operations and technology partners, and transition teams in order to execute the strategy. You will gain exposure to various management structures within Securities Services and the candidate will need to be able to interact and create strong partnerships across various teams and locations.

Responsibilities: -


  • Collaborating with the internal stakeholders teams involved with the client onboarding lifecycle in Securities Services
  • Develop a keen understanding of the business needs
  • Document business/process workflow and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and standardization
  • Secure a strong understanding of the processes and responsibilities of all those involved in the business workflow
  • Clearly define objectives, assist with leading the development of the implementation plan for the technology solution , and assist with overseeing the execution of that plan
  • Assist with leading project coordination effort with major business and technology stakeholders
  • Provide support for the production of project and program communication materials
  • Balance short term needs with long term strategic view and wherever necessary create short term solutions until the long term solution is ready
  • The candidate would have to be a strong performer, flexible, able to work independently and create strong partnerships. Know when to escalate and offer tactical/strategic solutions to issues encountered

Requirements: -


  • At least 5 years of change management, project management or business analyst experience
  • Operations experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products specifically with PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with globally dispersed project teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical background, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and strong organization skills is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to understand risks, adjust to changing workloads and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Experience with client on-boarding, reference data systems, data analysis and data quality is a plus
