The Opportunity

• Seeking Hospitalist Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners
• SNF or Post-Acute experience preferred
• Current state license is a plus

Rosewood Care Center - Alton, Illinois

• 78-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility with less than 3-mile proximity to the Alton Memorial Hospital
• RN/LPN services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Specialized services include physical, occupational, and speech therapies, IV therapy, TPN, tracheotomy, and wound care
• Facility programs encompass orthopedic, cardiac, stroke, and outpatient rehabilitation

• Located less than 45 minutes from St. Louis, a vibrant metropolis known for its sports fans and blues music
• Alton is known as an ancient village, with a rich and vibrant history dating back to 716 AD when the town was first recorded. It has played a significant role in the Civil War and the Lincoln Douglas Debates
