The Controls & Electrical Engineer is responsible for the development of the maintenance program for the C&E (Controls & Electrical) system. This role is also responsible for the integration of new projects into the factory in regard to C&E. She/he is responsible for managing C&E partners, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team. This role requires strong communication, functional/technical and project management skills in order to deliver success of projects in safely, timely and efficient manner.
What are we looking for?
2 year technical degree preferred.
5-10 years' experience in C&E position.
Basic understanding of engineering principals' knowledge of engineering disciplines
Project management and CVS experience
Presentation & Communication Skills
Project Planning, Phasing & Prioritization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to transfer procedures and training experiences to others
Experience with HMIs, VFDs,

Manage C&E project deliverables in line with the project plan
Key member and contributor of the Pre-work, Checkout, Commissioning, Validation & Startup
Develop accurate and achievable project schedules
Lead the C&E planning and execution validation activities
Proactively escalate to line manager any risk of deviation
Execute Check-out, commissioning, validation and start-up
Work with Regional C&E engineer to Design and Implement C&E projects
C&E Maintenance Program
Develop and deploy a C&E maintenance program
Train maintenance technicians on C&E program along with skills to execute
Give direction to the Controls tech in support of the maintenance program
Ownership of the site calibration process
Execute C&E CVS activities
Execute all CVS activities including Check-out, Commissioning, Validation and Start-up
