The Client Service Implementation Specialist is an individual contributor role which leveragestechnology, item/order administration including invoicing and reporting, plus operational workflow experience to ensure that best practices are leveraged when guiding our client or internal technology requests to successful implementation.
What You'll Do:
Work alongside the Client Services team, bringing best practices and continuity to Client Services
Consult on technical and operational capabilities for new client implementations - engagements include, input and/or review of technology requests for existing business, and internal process improvement
Deliver personalized Client Services expertise with an emphasis on driving standard best practices
Understand the suite of company products and services; along with the systems and workflows that support those products/services
Demonstrate a proactive, innovative. and consultative approach in their interaction with all clients, both external and internal
Articulate MCS's technology and operational competencies and persuade clients to leverage existing company processes and applications
Participate in effective technology solution-planning sessions with client,company, and business partner team members
Participate in effective operational solution-planning sessions with client,company, and business partner team members
Manage and contribute to multiple concurrent projects
Act as the SME betweenclients, the Client Services team, and the project team
Successfully coordinate Client Services resources and oversee detailed and complex projects
Identify Statement of Work, service level (SLA's) or contractual issues from a service or operational perspective and engage company stakeholders to address
Provide recommendations for improvements to MCS's processes, products. and services
Travel if needed
About You:
Deductive reasoning, good judgment, and excellent communication skills
Flexibility in deployment of individual skills and abilities in response to changing business needs
High level, consistent performance in the areas of service, technical awareness, operational capabilities, leadership skills, and project management
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and experience
Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in a client service environment
