As a Banquet Server you are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

You will enjoy working with a well-synchronized service staff, prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless event. When the guests arrive, they will be pleased to find your polished appearance and dedication to exceptional service that delights in the details. You will feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that you've impressed each guest with your personalized attention.

Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order; Organize tables set ups, Formulate Buffets, Coffee Breaks Stations, Action Live Stations, Dessert Stations with appropriate supplies following Company standards and management directions, Ensure food courses are properly cleared and crumbed in a timely fashion, Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations. Monitor cleanliness and proper sanitization of prep tables, stations and service areas.

Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum 2 years of banquet server or related experience. Ability to carry and balance a tray. Average knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks. Good communication and customer contact skills. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
