Job Highlights
Monitors performance and upgrades within QC, and/or QA according to company standards that are applicable to ISO 9001:2015 andRC14001:2015and integrates quality management systems
Responsible for identifying and resolving quality problems
Assists with developing process control procedures
Responsible for supervising and training Quality personnel
Manages and maintains documentation of methods, changes, formulas, and testing results ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conducts investigations for internal quality problems, including the Customer Service Tracking System, this may also include root cause analysis as well as developing, proposing, and monitoring corrective actions
Continually reviews programs and systems to develop and drive improvements in QA efficiency and effectiveness
Work on cross functional teams
Requirements
Bachelors of Science in Chemistry or Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering
Knowledge of SAP
Excellent Microsoft Offices skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Training in Six Sigma or Lean Enterprise principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 to 10 years of Quality experience including 3 to 5 years supervising a QA/QC team in a manufacturing environment
