OVERVIEW
CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Aviation Design group in Indianapolis, IN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At CHA, our Assistant Project Manager tracks project deliverables and reports back to Project Managers in a timely fashion while helping coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion. This role is key in helping maintain positive vendor and client relationships.
The Assistant Project Manager independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications. This role is given clear and specific objectives, but receives direction on unusual or difficult assignments.
The Assistant Project Manager addresses client's needs and issues that arise during the project. The Assistant Project Manager consults with and gathers information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc., as well as facilitates communications between office and field staff.
The Assistant Project Manager is a self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and is adaptable and calm under pressure.
