Role: Opentext eDocs Resource  

Cognizant is looking for an Opentext eDocs Resource  in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Key Qualifications:

• OpenText eDOCS developer will be responsible for maintaining the overall Document Management (DM) and Records Management (RM) environment. 


• Will monitor the system respond to system issues perform upgrades manage security and handle user administration. Will work with the eDOCS technical lead and configuration manager to create new eDOCS DM client package migrate packages to new environments and participate in release management activities.


• Need to provide Tier- 2/3 helpdesk support including supporting archiving of emails and documents to eDOCS for specific users.


• Need to support information security activities including investigating security vulnerabilities determining remediation actions and supporting authority to operate (ATO) activities.


• Will develop and maintain contingency plans.
