Internship Snapshot: The Internship Program with WPS Health Solutions has 3 parts. First and foremost, you will get real world experience. No getting coffee here. Your role will make a difference in the company. You will learn what it takes to be successful in your chosen career path. Secondly, you will gain exposure to corporate culture, intern comradery, and training to aid in future career successes: LinkedIn, resume review, happy hours, intern virtual game nights, mock interviews, corporate leadership meet and greets and much more. Lastly, interns will collaborate on the "Pay-It-Forward Project" - the development of a resource to be utilized for future program participants or to advance major company initiatives. At the conclusion of the program, interns will participate in a final presentation for senior executives by showcasing their abilities and experience throughout the summer. Sound worthwhile yet?


What would I do in this role?


Prioritize client access request tasks to adhere to customer service and timeliness and security standards. Work independently to maintain our que in ServiceNow to delegate work to the appropriate analyst or team. Monitor Security Access mailbox responding to questions and issues and prioritizing. Assign and handle daily operation of RSA Authentication SecurID tokens. Provide education to users on best practice or offer solutions for end users to file access requests or submit incidents for resolution. Independently handle multiple competing initiatives and escalate issues effectively. Utilize data, statistics, and technology to solve problems.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. (Only for TFL, East and Overseas work)

  • Be currently pursuing a degree in higher education or recent graduate of high education

  • Have experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Nice to have skillsets:

    • Active Directory knowledge
