Infosys is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Healthcare. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide release engineering expertise for the team. The chosen candidate will assist the global team in managing and driving the releases. RTE will collaborate with Solution Train Engineer (STE), Architecture team and other technical teams to plan out the roll out of the releases within US.
This includes but not limited to, working with Release Management to submit & seek approval on Release to Production (RTP) form, building implementation plans with the technical teams and coordinating the release to production activities on the day of the release.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.
• Leads and manages a portfolio of large complex projects. Develops, manages, and maintains the project plan, schedule, resources, and project artifacts (what, why, how, when, how much) supports centralized document repository; identifies and tracks risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; provides timely status reports and proactively escalates issues for resolution; performs project reviews and drives continued progress for project success.
• Develops strategies for achieving project goals and realigns strategies to account for unforeseen challenges.
• Monitors best practices in field of expertise, assess and adopt them to increase productivity, managing change and resolving issues that span project teams, departments and able to manage large scale, diverse and complex projects executing simultaneously.
• Leads others to successfully complete project deliverables on time, within scope and on budget by ensuring that all project execution tollgates are followed.
• Optimizes project governance by working with the over-arching infrastructure, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives including establishing metrics of success and deliverables. Provides coaching and guidance to the team members to ensure understanding of project assignments, priorities, and deadlines. Serves as a subject matter knowledgeable leader in multiple business operational/functional areas.
• Responsible for scheduling, cost tracking/budget, resource management allocation and utilization, project component integration and supporting program performance. Manage multiple complex projects to achieve continuous alignment with the organization's strategic plans and objectives.
• Responsible for holding project work teams accountable for on-time delivery of assigned scope within baselined schedule, and costs/effort.
• Responsible for appropriate change management practice in partnership with stakeholders and delivery work teams to accurately and timely reflect project change controls and process timely within governance framework.
• Ensures executive summaries are submitted to the Leadership Team for review and approval in an accurate and timely manner. Upon Leadership approval, manages the creation of definitive project execution plans.
• Good experience in Project Management within a Healthcare Managed Care Payer Organization or Top 10 management consulting role in Healthcare industry. Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities. Experience in managing, motivating, mentoring staff and conflict resolution. Knowledge of managed care health insurance industry with preference given to applicants with strong experience in Medicaid and Medicare managed care.

• Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/projects, possesses ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to work well independently.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business and technology communities to accomplish expected committed project outcomes.
• Proven ability to understand healthcare technology architecture and application landscape by functional area.
• Proven ability to apply an enterprise project management methodology and framework (i.e., PACE).
• Ability to engage all project stakeholders and work teams within established delivery methodology framework (PACE).
• Good Technical foundational skills in understanding Microsoft technologies of .Net, SQL Server, Azure, Devops, API integrations, Data warehousing, Analytics and Reports etc.
• Understanding of Healthcare Payer domain, processes, and platforms.
