Infosys is seeking a Performance Testing Lead.

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Brentwood, TN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience
• Minimum of 5 + year experience in performance test. Not only the front-end test but also requires experience with batch performance test required.
• Expertise in Loadrunner , Jmeter, experience in APM tools like Dynatrace Dynatrace
• Must be able to collect requirements and be able to produce detailed test plan, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Excellent PT methodologies and concepts
• Good communication skills, to participate in all stakeholders meetings and able to gather requirement
• Good performance analysis and reporting skills (PE lead)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
