What You’ll Do at the Association

You will support the development and execution of the Association’s global B2B marketing, proposition and experience, and collaborate cross-functionally across internal and external teams, portfolio initiatives and channels.

You will support and manage marketing strategies, project and campaign performance management and go-to market plans for B2B acquisition and retention. These strategies include market penetration, new market entry, new product launches, ecosystem relationships and enhanced customer experience across the Association’s B2B channels.

Marketing experience in education, learning and development, membership schemes or commercial sector is preferred, but not required. 

•    Manages global B2B marketing initiatives in support of P&L goals, revenue targets, marketing spend, and return on investment.

•    Manages key planning, implementation and reporting activities related to multi-channel B2B marketing programs (acquisition and retention) for the Association’s products (PQ, PCG, Conferences). These include direct mail, email marketing automation, digital and web site merchandising optimization.

•    Partners with B2B team members, Sales, Product Owners, Channel groups, Product Development, Conference and external partner teams on B2B 4P strategy and implementation.

•    Responsible for project management and marketing initiative calendar management, in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, service providers and internal/external creative agencies.

•    Effective relationship builder with a passion for building credibility and proven experience to manage agencies as well as internal and external stakeholders and teams

•    Proactive and autonomous manager with an awareness of the commercial and technical side of a business.

•    Critical thinker with digital-first mindset and ability to craft value added experiences

You’ll Work With

You’ll report to the Director, Marketing B2B Propositions & Experience.  You’ll work closely with internal product owners and with agile delivery squads through our managed service partners.
