The Product Configuration Specialist is responsible for delivering successfully configured product solutions for customers. Deploys application servers, database servers, for PRD and non PRD environments. The Product Configuration Specialist is expected to understand and to explain infrastructure deployment concepts.
Configure customer solutions
Deploy application servers
Deploy data servers
Create automation scripts
Update server certificates
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues
Update DNS settings
Configure backup schedules
Configure data replication
Monitor VM instances
Required:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred:
Master's degree; or degree in Life Sciences field, Chemistry, Biology or related.
Experience working with LIMS or Life Sciences applications/software.
1-3 years customer service experience
Experience working in a multi-cultural and/or global environments
