The Facilities Technician is responsible for providing a safe and functional club environment under the management of the General Manager and with the support of the Facilities Team. The Facilities Technician will ensure functional equipment and clean facilities for all members, guests, and prospects at assigned club(s).
Essential Functions:
Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
Travel to assigned US Fitness locations and maintain property to ensure a safe and attractive environment for members
Troubleshoot facility issues as needed
Maintain, repair, and renovate health club environments through tool and contractor use
Job Responsibilities:
Complete regular inspections to identify and repair problems
Maintain pools and spas, carpentry, tile, painting, drywall and general building repair
Complete all required plumbing, electrical, chemicals, filter and general maintenance
Answer all inquiries from senior leadership and management in a timely, complete manner
Repair and maintain club equipment, plumbing, and lighting fixtures
Uphold club, building, facilities, service, program, and emergency procedures
Attend all mandatory meetings
Assume all other duties as assigned
Work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
2-5 years of previous experience in facilities preferred
Valid Driver’s License
