CAT Scale Company is growing in leaps and bounds and is looking to add a Full Time Help Desk Support Technician to the team! Customer care is our top priority. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow with a stable, family owned company that offers a variety of responsibilities.
This position will be full time, onsite located at CAT Scale's headquarters, in Walcott, Iowa- home of the World's Largest Truckstop!
Hours available: 2:00pm-10:00pm
Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time
Answer inbound phone calls from customers
Troubleshoot questions from customers throughout the United States and Canada
Assigned special projects
Perform outbound phone calls to various locations where CAT Scales are located throughout the United States and Canada
Familiarize oneself with the Weigh My Truck app
Communicate with various departments within CAT Scale Company

Qualifications:

Positive attitude is a must!
Work under limited supervision
Must be a self-starter
Great communication skills over the phone and in person
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to navigate a smart phone is a plus!
Bilingual is a highly preferred skill for the position!
Experience with dual monitors is a plus!
