3PL Inventory Coordinator at Arhaus

Summary:


The 3PL Inventory Associate is responsible for the integrity of our inventory located remotely in our 3PL facilities as well the responsibilities and procedures outlined within this document


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


3PL Returns



  1. Participate in auditing of 3PL returns/exceptions.

    1. Develop and maintain a cadence to require blind counts of each remote locations exception area and reconcile variances WEEKLY.

    2. Weekly resolve any sync issues that may exist between the 3PL delivery/warehousing software, Arhaus POS software, and physical pieces showing in both systems

    3. Manage Unassigned Inventory created from Cancelled Orders in order to decrease returns volume/costs. Utilize data to analyze and make suggestions.


  2. Develop and Maintain Physical Inventory Processes for Remote 3PL locations

    1. Establish and maintain SOPs for the preparation prior to a Physical Inventory and continuously improve the SOPs

    2. Establish and maintain SOPs for conducting a Physical Inventory and continuously improve the SOPs

    3. Establish and maintain SOPs for reconciling a Physical Inventory and continuously improve the SOPs


  3. Assist in improving daily processing of delivery orders in both 3PL systems and Arhaus systems

    1. This includes a recap of all variances created during physical inventories, a review of root cause and writing improvements to any process associated with the root cause of the variance.


  1. Perform Physical Inventories REMOTELY requiring 60-80% travel.

    1. Utilize different scanning technologies to complete a Physical count in remote locations

    2. Be able to use inventory principles to reconcile Physical Inventory variances

      1. Utilize Arhaus’ Storis POS software to manage and reconcile a Physical Inventory

      2. Utilize and understand different warehouse inventory software systems across 3PL providers


    3. Ensures all company policies, procedures are followed.

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:



  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred

  • Years of experience: 1 year - Inventory related Warehouse/Delivery experience. Loss prevention experience a plus.

  • Valid Driver’s license required

  • Position requires 50-75% travel

  • Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and experience in WMS or Delivery software. RF experience required.

  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, shipping and delivery processes and procedures.

  • Ability to obtain a lift certification in order to count inventory in storage racks.

  • Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information.

  • Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training

  • Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
