Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
RH at its core is about taste, and we believe the idea of scaling taste is large and far reaching.

The RH brand attracts the best designers, artisans, manufacturers and talent in our industry, scaling and rendering their work more valuable across our integrated platform, enabling us to curate the most compelling collection of luxury home furnishings in the world. We are moving the brand beyond curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces by building an ecosystem of products, places, services and spaces that elevates and establishes the RH brand as a global thought leader, taste and place maker.

At RH we believe deeply that the \"right\" people are our greatest asset. We value people with high energy, who possess the ability to energize others. People who are smart, creative and have a point of view. People who see the answer in every problem, versus those who see the problem in every answer. People who are driven, determined and won't take \"no\" for an answer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.

The Senior Director, Brand Marketing Copy is deeply familiar with global luxury brands and the growth and evolution of RH. The role requires an appreciation and extensive understanding of luxury home furnishings and positioning across all marketing and selling mediums. As we climb the luxury mountain, and prepare for our move internationally, every aspect of RH copy should serve to elevate the brand while we maintain our distinctive voice and inspiring, authoritative content.

The Senior Director will support the Vice President, Brand Copy, in copy-related initiatives across the brand, which include but are not limited to: website content, including product copy and naming; source book copy and editorial content; gallery signage and packaging; digital content, including emails; advertising and public relations; research; and artisan outreach. The position requires extensive copyediting and writing support.

Working collaboratively with the Copy Product Information team, Merchants and Product Development, as well as external vendors and artisans, the Senior Director will support the development of highly accurate, comprehensive and consistent copy across all communication channels: catalog, web, packaging and signage. The ideal candidate has a passion for achieving excellence, the highest professional and personal standards, prior luxury marketing experience, superior verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
