2. Job Summary:

The Business Continuity Domain Lead is responsible for the design and oversight of business continuity plans as well as the implementation and operations for disaster recovery solutions. They must be able to mentor and lead a team to ensure we meet recovery time objectives and ensure we fulfill data loss prevention requirements. They must be able to plan and drive our incident response to customer disasters. They must be able to engage with our clients during times of disasters and ensure we have proper planning in place to assist our client through those difficult times.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in business continuity and disaster recovery


• Experience implementing recovery solutions


• Experience setting recovery objectives


• Experience with Azure DR solutions


• Experience with AWS DR solutions


• Experience with VMWare platform


• Experience leading and overseeing a team


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality


• Ability to organize and plan work independently


• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment


• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
