SUMMARY
Responsible for providing client billing services related to receiving, posting, depositing, and reconciling client premium payments. Performs various client-facing administrative tasks while working closely with Account Managers to ensure timely follow through in support of client service expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Up to 2 years of related work experience, insurance industry preferred
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Strong in Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, formulas, and pivot tables
Proficiency in EPIC preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting terms
Proficient math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
