Job Summary

The WTI Production Supervisor is ultimately responsible for leading a team of pickers, manifesters and Production Lead in meeting the daily quality and performance metrics and executing the day-to-day work assignments consistent with the team needs and production volume. The Supervisor works with other functional leaders to ensure the product is at the right place at the right rime with a focus on speed to shelf, quality and value. The Supervisor leads and coaches others in maintaining excellence, quality control, teamwork and safety. As needed, the Supervisor may work on the line to meet daily objectives.

Job Responsibilities


  • Executes and supervises a LEAN philosophy throughout the organization.

  • Accomplishes production staff results by

    • communicating job expectations,

    • planning, monitoring and appraising production results,

    • coaching, counseling and disciplining employees,

    • initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

    • Auditing for process compliance



  • Provides Inbound, Outbound & Inventory formation by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.

  • Executes an accurate cycle count program.

  • Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action.

  • Has direct input on the performance evaluations, salary adjustments and disciplinary action as necessary.

  • Be guided by EBSCO's 8 core values and PPRADCO Hunting values and behaviors.

  • Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects as may be assigned, in an effective manner.

Job Requirements


  • High School diploma.

  • A minimum of 2 years in a production environment

  • Certified to operate a Forklift

  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

preferred skills


  • Previous experience using metrics and KPI's to improve quality and value.

  • Knowledge and usage of ERP systems, experience with Infor/Lawson M3 a plus.
