Neill, the premier Aveda distributor of the southeast is seeking a creative, energetic, and resourceful Community Manager to help us curate, design, develop caption copy, and engage in our social audiences to provide world-class customer service in the fast-paced and FUN industry of hair! This new position will be the voice of varying brands within Neill companies and work closely with our Marketing team to develop new content, monitor page activity, and bring personality to our accounts. Your social listening skills will inform strategy beyond social and provide invaluable information in how to best serve our customers.

Responsibilities:



       


  • Assist with the day-to-day management of Neill social media channels, with tasks including but not limited to:





       


  • Curating and scheduling content


  •    


  • Developing caption copy


  •    


  • Engaging with user communities and responding to customer service queries (this will include some after-hours and weekend coverage)


  •    


  • Assisting with contributor relations (including artist and salon community)





       


  • Collaborate with marketing team and business unit leaders to maintain and enhance social creative and design


  •    


  • Offer analysis from social listening and speak to backend analytics
