About the Position:


This position will be responsible for the following duties: handling payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable, rent roll, setting up resident files, answering phones, coordinating office paperwork, managing front desk personnel and other office manager duties as needed.


 


Requirements:


Qualified candidates will have 2 or more year(s) general office or bookkeeping experience including experience with AR/AP and payroll. Good office management skills, ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, and the ability to work general office equipment and have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, good organization skills, and an attention to detail. The ability to work on weekends and holidays is also important.
