Description:



Perform requirements of mortgage quality control (pre-closing, post-closing and HMDA reviews) to discover errors and omissions in order to provide accurate and timely feedback and recommendations to management.  Manage rate lock desk functions. Assist with loan deliveries to the secondary market and monitor documentation requirements for delayed delivery. Responsible for accuracy of LOS data imported into HMDA reporting software.




Work Schedule:



Working approximately 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, between 8:30am – 5:00pm.

    Required Education/Experience/Skills:


    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Minimum of three years of mortgage lending, processing or underwriting experience

    • Working knowledge of a loan origination system

    • Knowledge of secondary market underwriting standards and requirements

    • Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Mortgage lending, including HMDA, TRID, ECOA and REG Z

    • Knowledge of financial statements, credit reports, tax returns and appraisals

    • Ability to function in a high volume environment and within time constraints to meet deadlines.

    • Strong organizational skills

    • High attention to detail

    • Ability to prioritize and multitask

    • Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
