Position: Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Lead / Architect


Opportunity Snapshot
If you are a proven and sophisticated Oracle Solution lead/architect with experience in leading cloud CX, ERP integration projects, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant strategic impact on a fast-growing market leader on fit for purpose global data center platforms and connectivity solutions. The individual in this role will oversee the technical work of our implementation providers and internal team members, ensuring the technical and configuration work meets the business requirements and is delivered on time with high quality and within budget. Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing systems analysis, enterprise-level software architecture/design, creation of software solutions, integrations/services, coding, testing, and implementation of application and data integrations.



The Requirements


  • 10+ years of software development, architecture, and solution design experience

  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Business Process, Oracle Integration

  • Strong customer facing, communication, and leadership skills and ability to lead teams in framing and solving difficult problems.

  • Hands on experience in implementing multiple Oracle cloud projects with CX cloud and ERP Cloud with CRM and CPQ applications

  • Hands on experience with Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management and Order Management is an advantage

  • Ability to work efficiently on several initiatives and projects at once, often with ambiguity and varying timelines.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise application services and cloud technologies and ability to produce software architecture and designs that can be implemented by other teams.

  • Experience with cloud native applications and micro-services architectures to support complex integration solutions

  • Experience with modern, cloud focused development workflows and architect highly available and scalable solutions.

  • Should have a very good understanding of all technical capabilities of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS from an extensions, Integration and reporting perspective and be able to articulate complex technical solutions involving these limited features

  • Be able to run discovery sessions with our internal stakeholders/business users, collect requirements, educate on Oracle cloud solutions/strategies, and independently develop proposals

  • Knowledge about various integration tools and good exposure to all the PaaS solutions and tools.

  • Good knowledge on modern programing and scripting languages like EL, Groovy, Xpath, XQuery, JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)

  • Oracle Cloud Certifications are plus





The Role
As an Oracle Cloud Solution Lead/Architect, you will guide the overall implementation of Quote to Report business transformation program. The individual in this role will oversee the entire functional and technical work of the Q2R implementation, work with internal team members, stakeholders ensuring the business processes are designed and meets the business requirements. Key responsibilities include enterprise-level solution architecture/design, creation of software solutions, integrations/services, and implementation of application and data integrations. This individuals' primary responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Research the latest technologies, develop, and enforce standards and best practices, and play a key role in the overall architect for the Quote to Report solution

  • Review business processes, identify gaps and approach the solution in tactical and strategic way

  • Understand the customizations done at the program level and articulate the pros and cons of with an impact analysis of each customization and the value add.

  • Review Oracle's quarterly release package and educate the business stakeholders how the OOTB feature will benefit the program

  • Review and report the impact of taking on addition or deletion of customization to the program and do a feasibility study of what it will take to roll out the new features.

  • Assisting with the business process review, design, development, E2E integration solutioning and recommend reliable and reusable business application flows that address ERP gaps and related application needs

  • Utilize and develop organizational best practices throughout the project lifecycle to deliver systems/applications that meet business and technical requirements.

  • Provide expert knowledge of software development, its methodologies, and documentation including requirements analysis, architecture design, project plans, status reporting, process flow diagrams, functional requirements, SOW's, GAP analysis, test plans, training materials, and other items as needed to ensure the success of the program
