MedHub is hiring a sales development representative to join their team in the Minneapolis, MN office location. The sales development representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization.  Individuals in the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role may look to advance into the Enterprise Solutions Executive (ESE) role or other management responsibilities. 


Responsibilities:



  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  • Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to leadership at targeted accounts

  • Contact prospective E*Value clients through outbound cold calls and emails

  • Management of daily and weekly call targets to build a strong lead development pipeline

  • Articulate E*Value’s value proposition to decision makers across multiple healthcare education market segments to assess buying interest.

  • Promote software solutions with various leadership levels and professionals across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Achieve or exceed goal for calls/dials, emails, and prospect first meetings on a monthly basis.

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of E*Value platform and technology – and clearly articulate capabilities, advantages and differentiating value to prospective customers.

  • Identify prospective client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Generate qualified leads and set up sales meetings/calls between (prospective) clients and Enterprise Solutions Executives (ESE’s).

  • Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, data entry, correspondence and communications).

  • Discovering new leads through internet research, scraping websites and monitoring of Pardot Marketing Automation tools

  • Supporting E*Value marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and marketing campaigns.

  • Engaging with prospects via web chat on the MedHub/E*Value website

  • Report activity to the ESE’s and VP Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a business to business organization in an inside sales development or inside sales role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research

  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

  • Experience with Salesforce and OppSource a plus

  • Energy to make numerous phone calls daily

  • Hunter mentality in seeking out new business opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling.

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Excellent instincts for conversing with administrators to institutional leadership and ability to think on the fly

  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners and employees

  • Ability to understand and successfully promote E*Value technical offerings and solution sets

  • Minimal travel
