Performs or scheduled or needed repairs on facility items including but not limited to dock doors, dock plates, fence, gates, painting, light repair, replacement, etc.
Perform routine building maintenance
Perform minor cosmetic repairs
Conduct various analysis and inspections to determine the most cost effective means of maintenance, repair, or replacement
Maintain regular and dependable attendance
Maintain work area, tools, and equipment
Operate a variety of diagnostic instruments and a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools
Perform Data Entry in Maintenance Software to track repairs
Keep shop and company tools clean and in good working order
Other duties as assigned
