• Interacting with people and sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates


• Getting to know the hiring needs of branch clients


• Enjoying the satisfaction of matching candidates to local opportunities


• Working in a fast-paced, team environment to reach branch goals


• Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients in your community


• Providing "extra mile" customer service

Your Attributes

• Fluency in Spanish


• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment


• Desire to find jobs for candidates and solutions for clients


• Excellent customer service skills, ability to problem-solve, and multitask


• Strong data entry and communication skills


• Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer programs


• Passion for helping others
