Overview

LMI is seeking Senior Business Performance Analyst (SME) to execute expert facilitation and mentorship to support major, complex, enterprise level initiatives in accordance with the Government Standard Practices. The Senior Business Analyst shall be a recognized expert across multiple areas of expertise and business improvement approaches and shall function at the equivalent of the level.

Responsibilities

    Provide expert advice and guidance to the government lead on how to develop and implement enterprise performance data identification, tracking, modeling, and overall enterprise integration framework
  • Provide business performance analysis services and support with overall business assessments

  • Communicate metrics and score card results

  • Analyze trends and making recommendations for process improvements. Assist with implementation of process improvements

  • Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities

  • Coordinate with the Government Representatives and Government Task Managers to appropriately engage resources

  • Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities

  • Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas

  • Periodically benchmark how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the client.

Qualifications


  • Extensive knowledge and experience in data management, data analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, developing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Experience advising senior DoD personnel - to include developing comprehensive white papers and briefs

  • Demonstrates a high level of analytical experience applying legislation, DOD Instructions, and SECNAV Instructions to complete Sr. leaders' projects

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience of strategic writing

  • Minimum of an active Secret clearance required
