Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to customers
across multiple projects.Through strong interpersonal skills, open communication, and a balanced
approach, the Project Manager achieves results and facilitates consensus.

* Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage
expectations
* Establish project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
* Document and manage project scope (change control)
* Identify resource needs, assign work, and coordinate schedules
* Monitor and track key project dependencies
* Oversee project budgets
* Communicate project status both internally and externally to the client
* Identify and manage project risks/issues
* Lead technical resources to ensure adequate root cause analysis of issues
* Establish Statements of Work
* Ensure quality of delivered services

Minimum Qualifications:

* Experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
* Leading teams of subject matter experts
* Customer-focused and business-oriented
* Excellent time management skills
* Management of multiple concurrent projects
* Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management
* Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project
* Strong communication and business writing skills
* Proficient in producing presentations and reports using office suite tools
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts
* Team player - strong initiative, independent thinker, driven to succeed, high energy with a
commitment to work and follow-through

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in deployment of enterprise software
* Software Development Life Cycle Experience as it relates to a commercial software package
implementation and customization
* Trucking Industry Experience
* PMI / PMP certification
