STG International, Inc. is accepting resumes for a Project Manager.

This posting is for future openings-no current available positions.

Primary duties and competencies include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating and/or managing a significant programmatic component STGi's healthcare related book of business . Examples may include functioning as the subject matter resource for others in the Division; functioning as a member of a special project team; or, serving as the training coordinator for the Division.


• Demonstrating knowledge and use of a high level business techniques to identify customer needs and determine the most appropriate service options.


• Demonstrating analytical abilities by synthesizing information to develop appropriate customer-centric solutions through professional presentation formats. Compiling customer information using available tools such as the internet, fact sheets, and comparative analysis.


• Developing agency contacts and cultivating relationships at all levels to enhance STGi's position with our customers, culminating in incremental increased business within the designated book of business. Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of STGi's projects and services and demonstrating this knowledge to peers and customers.


• Meeting metrics related to contract deliverables and establishing effective reporting measures to relay to our customers Provides information to create overall program tracking information and reports.


• Provides on-site admin support and payroll for contract staff of over 100 FTE.


• Direct liaison with local government contract representative.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a health related or business related field and three (3) years experience in Healthcare or a related field such as public health/community health, or experience managing contracts with the federal government.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, basic computer and website use.
