The Content Marketing Manager, Research will lead and deliver complex marketing programs by bringing a passion for the details and having high-bandwidth and flexibility for evolving project needs.
What you'll be doing:
Grow engagement with researchers by providing them with regular, valuable content that's aligned with their needs and interests.
Build and manage a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts researchers to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Craft and promote 6-8 assets each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other meaningful metrics (examples include videos, podcasts, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
Collaborate with researchers, designers, product marketers, engineers, external influencers and industry specialists to produce engaging content that meets the needs of our audiences.
Partner with subject matter experts to create blogs on an ongoing basis to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
Manage editorial and content review workflows, SEO research and review.
Review and report on performance via real-time listening and analytics dashboards including share of voice, social media channel health, web traffic, engagement, net new names, MQL and SQLs. This will enable you to respond, plan, and ensure the continued optimization of marketing channels and regularly communicate results and analysis.
What we need to see:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in driving content marketing programs for research or applied AI/ML emerging growth technologies.
Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Past experience building online audiences.
A dual-minded approach: you're a highly creative and an excellent writer who is also passionate about processes and uses data to make decisions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Demonstrated experience developing engaging content working across multiple organizations.
Elite knowledge of real-time content marketing, and digital and social marketing
Demonstrated success developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
Ability to continually innovate, think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts
A natural inclination to measure the efficiency of marketing activities, with strong project management skills
Experience with publishing on WordPress
