Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

• Load and run proper CMM programs for respective parts and products based on instructions
• Calibrate, operate and troubleshoot programs for the CMM
• Perform ultrasonic wall inspections on castings using the Thickness Determination Method (TDM)
• Conduct dimensional audits and production inspections
• Interact with Team Leaders, Engineers and Manufacturing Managers regarding measurement inspection matters
• Complete and document preventative maintenance on measurement machines and tools
• Utilize Oracle database management system to track product throughout operation
• Assist CMM programmers when necessary
  Requirements:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be able to read and write legibly
• Two to three years' experience as a CMM Operator or related work
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends

Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management
