This office is experiencing growth and projects are anticipated to expand into commercial/state/local clients as well as continuing to serve our DoD clients. Your Role:


  • Assume the full responsibilities of the Project Manager; coordinate and lead project teams
  • Interact with clients to help them achieve their mission. Understand project scope requirements, manage resources, and successfully execute assigned projects.
  • Maintain and build strategic relationships focused on expanding Tetra Tech's work with the Omaha District.

  • Achieve project milestones on time and within budget

Qualifications:


  • BS degree in engineering, science or a related technical field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8 years of technical experience working in the environmental field (e.g., conventional contaminants, emerging contaminants such as PFAS, munitions, etc.).
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working on Department of Defense contracts is required.
  • Recent, relevant experience working with the USACE Omaha District is highly preferred. Having a diverse background working for DoD and non-DoD clients is a plus.
  • Professional registration, i.e. Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) is preferred. PMP Certification a plus.
  • Experience supporting, or leading Task Order cost proposals is a plus.
