What We’re Looking For:

As a Sr. QA Engineer, you work as a member of the product development team to ensure the quality of software throughout our applications using standard software QA practices and established product development processes.

Principal Responsibilities

Awesome Things You’ll Do:

• Read, analyze and interpret business requirements


• Working with software developers to define test strategies and objectives for new product enhancements


• Development of test cases and execution of detailed test procedures


• Documenting test results


• Logging of application defects in an issue tracking tool (JIRA)


• System regression testing and performance testing


• Automation of existing testing process


• Working with customer support representatives in investigation of user

Position Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or scientific discipline, or combination Associates degree and related experience


• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)


• Experience with testing web-based applications


• Competency to learn new software tools


• Ability to organize and interpret data


• Experience with SQL and generating database queries is beneficial

• It is being part of a leading team in innovating and improving the approach on software QA


• You are vital to ensuring the quality and usability of the JAGGAER suite of products


• I am participating in learning opportunities both professionally and technically


• Contribute new insights and suggestions to help improve our Quality, Code, and Process


• Willing to collaborate with the development and product support teams to solve problems facing our customers
