Job Description:

JOBSUMMARY:

The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations oftwo to eight table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis onguest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employeemotivation and coaching.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operating two to eight table games on an assigned shift.

• Working knowledge of all table games, house rules,counting methods and procedures covering each.

• Assures that all coin and check racks are filled at alltimes.

• Settles disputes that arise from guests in the TableGames area, referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager -Table Games or Director Table Games.

• Assures guest development by 1) interacting with guests,2) modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees and 3) makingcomp. decisions.

• Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities beingdisplayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports anysituations to assigned superior.

• Observes problems or differences between Table Gamesemployees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary.

• Recommends changes in department including hiring,promotion, demotion and termination; recommends wage and salary changes forpersonnel within established limits.

• Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assignedpersonnel in the proper performance of their duties.

• Prepares and coordinates the periodical performancereview of assigned personnel.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Workrequires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in aprofessional manner.

• Mustpresent a neat and professional appearance.

• Workrequires a minimum age of 21.

• Workrequires ability to perform basic math functions.

• Workrequires flexibility to work various shifts.

• Workrequires a minimum of 3 years pit operation experience.

• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedurespertinent to Pit operations

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:

• Mustbe able to respond calmly in a fast paced environment, multiple tasks to behandled under time constraint.

• Mustpossess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards,and money.

• Musthave excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games.

• Mustbe able to tolerate second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights anddust.

• Mustbe able to tolerate work outdoors in heat exceeding 100*F or cold for extended periods of time.

• Mustbe able to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Mustbe able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items.

• Mustbe able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time.

• Mustbe able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating tostaff and guest problems, in a timely manner.

• Mustbe able sit and stand for long periods of time.
